MARINASIDE
Designed around expansive downtown water views, this bold, contemporary condo was created for clients seeking something daring, masculine, and ideal for entertaining. Leaning into darker tones and statement stone, the space was completely reimagined to include a luxurious, oversized kitchen with serious wow factor, a custom walk-in closet, and a dedicated wine cellar. Complex layout challenges - including structural posts within the kitchen - were embraced and transformed into sculptural features, ultimately becoming some of the home’s most unique and celebrated design moments.
