● INITIAL CONSULTATION

● PROJECT PROPOSAL

Following the initial consultation, we provide you with an estimate of your project and the stages in which it will progress. This detailed estimate outlines the scope, fee and timeline proposed.

● DESIGN PROCESS

1. CONCEPT DESIGN: This stage guides the overall direction of the project. Here we work closely with you to refine the design by providing imagery, design concept drawings and re-worked floor plans.

2. TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT: Once the concept direction has been approved by you, the designs are translated into working drawings which provide comprehensive interior detailing for use by the trades.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: The full spectrum of interior finishes are selected at this time – ranging from tile specifications, wall coverings, millwork finishes, sourced appliances and any other material or products required. Detailed specifications are then developed for these selections.

4. CONSTRUCTION: At this exciting time, we supervise our projects ‘on the ground’ to ensure every aspect of the design is moving forward seamlessly. Working closely with the contractor and installers we will be on site at regular intervals, assisting with coordination and ensuring accuracy to the design intent.

5. FINISHING TOUCHES: We work alongside you to curate your space with furnishings and accessories, an important stage that compliments the interior architecture of your home. As a full service Interior Design firm, we have the ability to source custom made furniture and fabrics to create that final ‘wow factor’. This stage is often the most rewarding – transforming your house to a home.
