This downtown condo renovation was approached as a thoughtful facelift, updating the space while working carefully within existing constraints. The original kitchen was refreshed with resprayed cabinetry, new countertops, backsplash, lighting, and fixtures, while a new fireplace and reimagined primary bathroom helped elevate the overall feel. By designing around existing finishes that couldn’t be changed, the project focused on layered updates and curated furniture selections to make the space feel special, cohesive, and renewed.
